Jade Tsang

Jade is an Associate in our Commercial Team in Sydney, specialising in Wills and Estates. Jade was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2011 and completed her Master of Laws in the University of Sydney. Jade has a strong and diverse background in Wills and Estates, Property Law, Commercial Law, and Civil Litigation. Jade enjoys assisting clients with their estate plans to ensure that their wishes are best fulfilled with minimal worry and stress and to help families administer and finalise deceased estates with genuine care and consideration.

• Applications for Probate and Letters of Administration in the Supreme Court of New South Wales
• Administration of deceased estates including sale of properties, transmission of assets and dealing with life interests
• All forms of Estate Litigation matters including family provision claims
• Jurisdictional experience in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and the United Kingdom
• Property law including residential purchases and sales
